Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct care for newborns in a leading NICU setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe care using advanced equipment and evidence-based practices.

The role offers 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts with versatile rostering, career progression pathways and involvement in ongoing neonatal education and research.
