Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior HR Advisor transitioning toward an HR Business Partner role. You will provide end-to-end generalist HR support to allocated Business Units and partner with stakeholders across HR projects and ER/IR/PM activities.

This hands-on, autonomous position offers a hybrid work model (office and home) with travel ad-hoc and a supportive, team-oriented team and manager.
