Merrigong Theatre Company is seeking a personable, enthusiastic person with cafe and/or bar experience to work across our Food and Beverage services at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC) and the Wollongong Town Hall.

You will already have some Team Leader experience in a café, bar or other hospitality role. You will be barista trained, have your RSA and food handling certification and be comfortable overseeing high quality daily operations. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and will be able and willing to work some evening and weekend shifts as required. You will have a high level of initiative, robust communication skills and enjoy contributing to a positive team and work culture.
