Michael Page is seeking a skilled IT Support Officer for a temporary role in Western Australia. You will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users with system access and password resets.

You will maintain IT equipment records, coordinate with external vendors for repairs, ensure policy compliance, document requests and resolutions, perform routine updates, and collaborate with the technology team to improve IT processes.
