Administration Officer | Full Time | Mount Isa

The Opportunity:

- Full Time & Permanent | Monday to Friday
- Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight
- Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g. TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc

About You:

- Passionate about providing quality administration and customer care & support.
- Computer Literacy - basic skills in Microsoft suite programs
- Exposure to Transport, Logistics or Warehousing - Highly Regarded
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment
- Excellent Communication skills
