Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated Night Duty Care Worker to provide compassionate dementia care at our North Parramatta community. In this high‑care setting, you’ll support residents’ independence, dignity and safety, guided by person‑centred approaches and your qualified judgement.

You’ll draw on your Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, dementia experience and strong communication to build trust, collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement in care delivery.
