Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort is looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the Marketing Manager across the resort’s diverse range of businesses, including golf, spa, fitness, accommodation, dining, weddings and events .

No two days are quite the same. You could be creating social media content, updating the website, preparing an email campaign, designing promotional material or helping coordinate marketing for an upcoming event.

About the role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across both digital and traditional channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Capturing photo and video content around the resort
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Updating website content and promotional information
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions and resort events
- Assisting with digital advertising and campaign content
- General marketing administration and support as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who is creative,



proactive and confident working across a variety of marketing tasks.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media or a similar role
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confidence creating content for Instagram and Facebook
- Experience using Canva
- Basic website/CMS experience
- An eye for photography, video and engaging social content
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to get involved

Experience with Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, WordPress, Google Analytics or digital advertising would be highly regarded but is not essential.
