Pyramid Global Technologies Limited in Australia is seeking a Telco Helpdesk L1 (Associate Customer Support) for Brisbane and Melbourne. Freshers are welcome; visa eligibility listed.

You will handle network issues, assist customers, and resolve inquiries related to products and services. The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Shifts include day, afternoon, and night options; total 38 hours per week with a daily break.
