Downer Group offers a three-year Cadet Program designed for first- and second-year undergraduates. Cadets gain hands-on experience with structured placements across our Transport & Infrastructure business, including project engineering, contract and commercial management, and onsite delivery work.

The program includes paid placements aligned to your degree, full time summer work, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities across Australia.
