Randstad is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment within the APAC region. The role sits in a energetic People & Culture team and focuses on process efficiency, systems optimization, and operational excellence across APAC.

You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, administer HR tech ecosystems, and lead data governance and compliance audits while supporting mobility and complex employee cases.
