Ramsay Health Care is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to grow the Visiting Medical Officer pipeline across its Sydney private hospitals, including Miranda, Strathfield, Kareena and St George Private Hospital. You will shape clinical and commercial performance by recruiting, onboarding and retaining high-value VMOs and strengthening referral pathways.

In this role you will lead end-to-end VMO growth strategy, manage stakeholder relationships with hospital executives, GP liaison
