Cairns Colonial Club Resort in Cairns, Australia is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Thirsty Flamingo Poolside Bar and Cafe. This permanent full time role requires RSA and proven leadership, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage attendants, and delivering high standard service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends with no split shifts.

You will implement SOPs, train staff, manage rosters and attendance, and ensure cocktails and coffee are prepared to a premium
