Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to train large language models by creating structured reasoning traces that reveal step-by-step planning, tool use, and decision-making for high-quality training data. This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible schedule, offering 10–40 hours per week and asynchronous, on-demand work you can do on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have a background in machine learning or computer science, excellent analytical and written communication
