The Garden in Melbourne is seeking a senior designer who will own our ad creative as a product, shaping the system that produces it, the standards it is held to, and the results it drives. You’ll sit in the Media & Performance team, linking design to performance metrics, with an in-house video team to support motion and video work.

You will build a design system, templates, and prompts so BAU ads are quick, while premium work remains high quality.
