Edith Cowan University in Western Australia is seeking a Manager, Digital Performance & Optimisation to shape how ECU measures and improves its digital ecosystem.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead UX, analytics and digital marketing analytics, delivering dashboards and insights to support evidence-based decisions and improve conversion and student experience.

This role focuses on building consistent reporting and data-led decision making across ECU's digital channels.
