ASX is seeking an experienced Deputy Company Secretary & Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team at the centre of Australia’s capital markets. You will deliver high-quality governance and legal advice, support the Company Secretary, and work closely with ASX’s directors and senior management.

In this role, you will collaborate across Legal and Company Secretarial teams to production board materials, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members while expanding governance
