Bedrock Workforce is looking for Construction Managers across three industries: residential, commercial and civil construction. We work with builders and contractors in each of these sectors. Whether your background is in high-end homes and multi-residential, commercial fit-outs and builds, or roads, drainage and infrastructure, we want to hear from you. If you've worked across more than one, even better.

What you'll be doing

- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Overseeing programs, budgets, cost control and variations
- Leading site managers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams
- Driving a strong safety culture and making sure work meets WHS and quality requirements
- Building and keeping relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders
- Managing procurement, contracts and reporting
- Solving problems on site and keeping the project moving

What you'll need

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in residential, commercial or civil construction
- A solid record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Solid knowledge of contracts, programming, cost management and WHS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A Construction White Card and a valid driver's licence
- A relevant degree or trade background in construction, building, engineering or project management (highly regarded)
