ABOUT THE ROLE:

Cardiff GWM, part of the Tony White Group, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.

You’ll have the opportunity to sell across both our new and used vehicle ranges, helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. Previous automotive sales experience is not essential! We’re looking for someone with a solid sales background, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist customers with new and used vehicle enquiries and purchases.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up enquiries and manage your sales pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and dealership standards.

REQUIREMENTS:





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role (automotive experience not essential).
- Current NSW driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers.
- A motivated, results-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
