Big4Bank in Parramatta is seeking a Fraud and Scams Officer to join a high-volume contact centre. You will monitor real-time alerts, detect fraudulent activity, and mitigate risk while assisting customers with queries.

This 12-month contract offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime and superannuation. The role focuses on frontline detection, investigation, and mitigation of fraud across inbound and outbound calls.
