We have an exciting chance for an experienced Paralegal to join our Sydney team on an initial six-month contract. Commencing in October 2026, this full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

As a valued member of the team, you will gain practical, hands‑on experience, develop your commercial and legal skills, and build a strong foundation within an international law firm. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and play an important role in supporting the delivery of legal services to our client.

Responsibilities

- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Reviewing, organising, and managing legal documents
- Drafting correspondence and basic legal documentation
- File and matter management
- Assisting lawyers and legal professionals with case preparation
- Providing administrative and project support





About You

- Be an experienced Paralegal
- Currently be studying a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor, or have recently completed your studies
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Be confident in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and professional approach to your work
- Be available to work full-time hours.
