Concord-based Inner West Meals on Wheels – CABL seeks a Service Lead to oversee strategic and operational delivery, ensuring service quality and growth. You will lead three direct reports and shape partnerships with community organisations and health providers.

Reporting to the Head of Multicultural and Essential Services, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure CHSP funding compliance, while aligning with aged care sector requirements.
