iCAUR Australia is seeking a Training Specialist to establish a structured learning program for Sales Managers and consultants and to build a learning culture across the dealer network in support of brand growth.

You will manage a blend of online and face-to-face training, develop plans, and partner with regional staff to baseline competency and set targets. Travel up to 70% of the region is expected, and solid communication is essential.
