Vito's in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead wine service on the floor, work closely with the Head Sommelier, and help develop a lively, generous hospitality around a curated wine program.

You will guide guests, taste and recommend, maintain cellar inventory, train FOH staff, and collaborate with kitchen on pairings. Italian wine knowledge is valued; WSET/CMS qualifications are welcomed.
