Atwell, a leading consulting, engineering, and construction firm, is seeking a Proposal Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. This fully remote role supports proposal development and pursuit efforts across the organization, aligned to West Coast time zones.

You’ll partner with technical professionals, business development leaders, and marketing colleagues to craft compelling proposals, SOQs, and presentations, managing the proposal process from kickoff to submission.
