Newcastle Anglican invites applications for an Investigations Officer in its People & Culture team. The role supports complex case management, undertakes workplace investigations and helps identify psychosocial and organisational risks across the organisation.
Working with the Complex Case Specialist, you will manage investigations, coordinate with external resources when needed and maintain transparent communication with staff throughout the process. The contract is 6 months with potential extension.
