Positive Grace Care Services is seeking Support Workers to assist elderly and disabled clients across Sydney with domestic tasks and home care, helping them live safely and independently.
We value compassionate, proactive team members who hold a valid First Aid/CPR, Police Check, and Working with Children Check; own vehicle is preferred but not required. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided; flexible shifts with at least two weekday availabilities are available.
