IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners who will assess applications for registrability under the Trade Marks Act 1995 and perform research using online resources and manuals. Training is provided on commencing. Examiners liaise with customers, IP professionals and the public to ensure robust IP rights.

The role progresses from TM1 to TM4 through a structured training program, within IP Australia’s capability framework. Applications close on Sunday 18 October 2026 at 11:59pm (AEDT).
