Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team on a casual and part time basis. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, handle bookings payments, and provide concierge services to ensure a memorable stay.

Candidates should deliver exceptional guest service, stay calm under pressure, be well presented, and able to work a seven-day rotating roster, including some night shifts.
