RIGHTWAY SUPPORT SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking a casual/part time Support Coordinator in Toowoomba to assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans. You will coordinate supports across a participant caseload, build capacity for self-management, liaise with providers and families, and prepare reports for plan reviews, with the backing of an experienced team.

Experience in support coordination or case management and knowledge of the NDIS are preferred, with a relevant
