VMCH invites applications for a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant in Residential Aged Care. You will support residents to engage in meaningful activities, reflecting individual interests, abilities and care needs, under the supervision of the Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator.

You’ll foster social engagement, assist with planning activities, and provide care that maintains dignity and privacy. Monday and Tuesday 10:00–16:00 shifts and a supportive, values-driven workplace.
