Bendigo Bank is seeking a senior Financial Crime Risk Specialist to lead the design and evolution of our AML/CTF policies and frameworks. You will interpret legislative requirements and AUSTRAC guidance, translating risk into practical standards for business lines and partners.

In this role you will oversee 2LoA governance, collaborate across 1LoA/2LoA/3LoA, support product initiatives, and promote a resilient banking operation with a robust emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.
