The Arnott's Group seeks an Operations Finance Manager to join the Huntingwood site in a high-velocity FMCG setting. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to shape financial performance, guide operational strategy and drive commercial outcomes across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and delivering insights to improve productivity and profitability.
