Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a Head of People & Performance - Commercial Partnering & Systems for a 12-month FTC. Based in North Ryde with adaptable options, you will partner with Commercial leaders to drive performance and capability, lead HR systems and governance, and shape people strategies across ANZ.

You'll oversee remuneration governance, workforce insights, and key people programs while developing the P&P; team and driving organisational effectiveness.
