Richmind WA in Karratha is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to adults experiencing mental distress, helping them build independence and work toward recovery goals in a protected, welcoming residential service.

You will build respectful relationships, support recovery plans, assist with daily living skills, and collaborate with families, carers, clinical services and community partners to create meaningful change.
