CGU Insurance, part of IAG, seeks a broker services specialist to own the service experience for brokers and resolve issues across multiple locations in Australia. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with options to work from home up to two days per week, and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will act as the primary relationship for service and issue-resolution for brokers, advocating internally to remove friction and support a proactive broker experience aligned to IIA strategy.
