Mini Masterminds is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a 6-month maximum-term contract. You will provide accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis across the organisation, turning data into explicit insights to help leaders understand performance and trends.

You will build Power BI dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, investigate variances, and collaborate with Centre Leaders and other teams to deliver practical financial insights.
