Bupa is seeking a Program Architect to own and evolve the end-to-end Program Architecture for the Health Insurance Capability Modernisation Program in Melbourne. You will provide program-level architectural leadership and ensure delivery decisions translate into coherent designs and transitions.

The role requires solid stakeholder management, experience in end-to-end program architecture across multiple domains, and the ability to prioritise initiatives in a complex, regulated health insurance
