Health U Australia is seeking a Disability Support Worker with a nursing background to support clients 1:1 in day programs at home or in the community. You will use person-centered care to promote independence, providing guidance through rapport, listening, and support for daily tasks.

The role accepts part time, full-time, and casual schedules with a company vehicle available and travel to various locations. A driver’s license and reliability are essential.
