Epworth Freemasons in Melbourne offers a part time (0.8 EFT) Graduate Support Program for Registered Midwives designed to bridge the transition from study to practice. The program spans 12 months with a tailored rotation across Birth Suite, Postnatal Ward and Special Care Nursery.

Dual-degree holders may rotate an additional six months in acute medical or surgical areas. A comprehensive support structure guides you through orientation, graduate development days, and integration into Epworth’s
