NRMA Parks & Resorts seeks a seasoned hospitality leader to manage two iconic Tasmanian properties, Pumphouse Point and Derwent Bridge Hotel. You’ll balance luxury guest experiences with commercial performance while living in Tasmania’s wilderness.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead operations, financials, and people performance for both venues, building a high-performing team and robust stakeholder relationships.
