We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Part-Time Store Manager to lead our Shoes & Sox concession at Castle Hill Myer!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a department store environment, bringing the fun, expertise and personalised service that Shoes & Sox is known for to Myer customers and their families.

You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor, inspiring your team, driving sales and creating memorable customer experiences, all while enjoying the benefits of a 30-hour working week, Tuesday to Saturday, giving you a more balanced approach to work and life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the captain, coach and cheerleader of our Shoes & Sox concession, making sure every customer receives expert fitting advice, every team member feels supported, and every day runs smoothly within the Myer environment.

- Lead from the front – motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Create memorable customer experiences – help families find the perfect fit with expert advice, patience and a genuine passion for kids’ footwear.
- Drive sales and performance – monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and celebrate achievements.
- Build a great team culture – coach, train and develop your team to bring their best every day.
- Keep the concession looking its best – maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the space is welcoming, organised and on-brand.
- Manage stock and operations – keep stock flowing, minimise shrinkage and maintain strong operational standards.




- Work collaboratively within Myer – build positive relationships with Myer colleagues and contribute to a seamless department store experience.
- Champion a safe and supportive environment – create a positive workplace where your team and customers feel valued.

Please note: This is a Part-Time Store Manager role (30 hours per week), working Tuesday to Saturday, based at Shoes & Sox Castle Hill Myer.

ABOUT YOU

You bring the energy, empathy and experience to lead a team and make every customer interaction count.

- Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or experienced Supervisor.
- Experience in a concession or department store environment will be highly regarded.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with families.
- Confidence coaching, training and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor performance and turn opportunities into results.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to balance customer service, stock management and daily operations.
- A positive, adaptable approach and the ability to work collaboratively with Myer and Shoes & Sox teams.
- A genuine interest in kids’ footwear and helping little feet find the right fit.
