Hyrd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take the reins of manufacturing operations at its Shepparton site. This leadership role focuses on driving performance across a two-shift operation and a team of around 45, delivering results in productivity, quality, and culture.

You will oversee daily site operations, lead from the floor, and work closely with administration to keep operations running smoothly. A solid track record in manufacturing leadership is essential.
