Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support over 350 users across Australia and New Zealand, handling desktop issues, software/network troubleshooting, and ticket resolution with a focus on fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates are recent school leavers or early-career IT enthusiasts, studying or planning to study a Certificate II in Applied Digital Technologies, with good Windows knowledge,
