Micah Projects is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Street to Home in Brisbane, delivering high-quality nursing care in outreach settings to people who are homeless or vulnerably housed.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to address health, housing and social needs, provide assessments, wound care and care coordination, and support pathways to healthcare access in public spaces, parks and shelters.
