Echuca Regional Health is seeking recently or soon to be qualified Enrolled Nurses to begin their nursing careers through our Transition to Practice Program. This rotation-based program covers Acute and Aged Care, with robust support from our Education team to help you transition into professional practice.

You’ll be mentored in evidence-based nursing, perform comprehensive assessments, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities for development and career progression
