Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for Lead - Business Analysis to work on a major client project in Australia. The position will be full time.

Mandatory Skills:

- Requirement elicitations and stakeholder management
- Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
- Business process modelling notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
- Auction domain knowledge with hands-on experience
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Mythologies
- Review UAT test scripts and assist the business in UAT
- Understanding of Product Engineering
- Functional knowledge of cloud – AWS or Azure

Description:

- Liaison between customer's business users and Development/QA team to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
- Ability to participate in requirement capture from various stakeholders and preparing BRD, FRS, Use Case Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Process Flows, and Domain Model as well as standardize a process.
- Experience on requirement elicitation for Web/Desktop and Mobile application
- Knowledge on Dual track agile helix and P3 framework for Product Engineering.
- Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements (both business, functional and non-functional requirements).
- Deliver business solution design documentation requirements or user stories, producing the relevant artefacts to ensure traceability of design principles.
- Work with the business on high quality solutions,



including the Product team and Tech team stakeholders to lead and facilitate business requirements gathering, ensuring high quality and adequate coverage.
- Consult with the business and product owners to shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.
- Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timelines, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.
- Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.
- Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective.
- Apply Agile frameworks, techniques and processes and overlay agile reporting and governance to deliver incremental value to areas of responsibility.
- Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Solid experience ‘Agile’ methodologies and experience working with developers.
- Solid knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

Summary of role requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: business administration, finance, information systems, economics, and data science
- 6+ years of relevant work experience required for this role

Salary: AUD$100,000 and above (excluding super)
