What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer parts
- Providing outstanding customer service and technical support
- Processing sales, orders and warranty claims
- Using parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accurately
- Supporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when required
- Working closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Building robust relationships with customers across the transport industry
