Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $120,000 to $180,000 for the right candidate.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer to join our client’s Brisbane Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. You will handle a wide variety of cases, representing both public and private sector clients in industries such as construction, mining, healthcare, property, retail, hospitality, and finance. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handling corporate and regulatory disputes, including shareholder issues and ACL matters
- Managing general contractual disputes
- Addressing defamation claims
- Conducting investigations and managing regulatory authority prosecutions
- Handling medical negligence claims

In this role, you will provide top-tier legal advice, conduct defenses, and appear in court on behalf of clients.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3 to 4 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Strong technical legal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-performance team




- Commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development
