About the position:

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage an existing portfolio of commercial matters while having the opportunity to generate new business through established client relationships and referral networks.

Your work will involve advising businesses of all sizes, including government entities, on matters such as business sales and purchases, corporate structuring, and property law. This role offers the autonomy to develop your own professional profile while being fully supported by a talented legal and administrative team.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle a range of commercial and property law matters for small to large businesses
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate structuring, business transactions, and more
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the firm’s continued growth
- Work collaboratively with the team while enjoying the freedom to manage your own caseload

Key Requirements:





- Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in Commercial and Property Law
- Proven ability to manage high-quality legal work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic, ambition, and a track record of career growth
- Desire to contribute to a growing practice and help expand its client base
