About the position:

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to advance their career. You will work on a wide range of significant transactions, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Hospitality sector transactions, including hotels and resorts
- Renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar, and hydrogen initiatives
- Structuring joint ventures and offering titling advice for major developments
- Assisting clients with environmental offset arrangements and regulatory approvals
- Project financing and foreign investment approval processes

Based in Brisbane, you will handle transactions that extend across Australia and internationally. You will collaborate with senior lawyers who prioritise a supportive and inclusive culture, providing regular guidance and mentorship. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape the careers of junior lawyers by offering mentorship and guidance.

Key Requirements:

- 4-7 years of post-admission experience as a commercial property lawyer, with exposure to renewable energy matters
- Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
- Experience managing files independently and in collaboration with senior lawyers
- Passion for mentoring junior team members




- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Ability to juggle multiple matters and prioritise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
